Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Sociaux. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Sociaux. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Who can use Sociaux

You must be at least 13 years old. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

2. One person, one account

Each person may have one account. Creating several accounts, or using other tools, to gain referrals, streaks, rewards or any other advantage is not allowed, and we use technical checks to detect it.

3. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give Sociaux a free, worldwide licence to store, display, distribute and promote that content within the service so that the app can work. This ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has already been shared by others in ways we can't control.

You are responsible for what you post, and you promise you have the right to share it.

4. Rules

You must not post, send or do any of the following:

• Anything illegal, or that encourages illegal acts.
• Harassment, threats, bullying, or hate against people because of who they are.
• Sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities), or non-consensual intimate images.
• Graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm.
• Spam, scams, fraud, or misleading links.
• Pretending to be someone else.
• Viruses or anything that harms the service or other people's devices.
• Automated access, scraping, or attempts to break or bypass our security.
• Abusing referrals, streaks, rewards or promotions.

5. Reports and moderation

You can report posts, comments and accounts, and block accounts you don't want to see. We may review reports and remove content, limit features, or suspend or end accounts that break these terms, at our judgement and without notice where needed to keep people safe. We aren't able to review everything, and we are not responsible for content posted by users.

6. Rewards and promotions

Features such as streaks, referral counts, leaderboards, seasons and any prizes or rewards are provided at our discretion. We may change, pause or end them at any time, and nothing is guaranteed. Any reward may be withheld or taken back if we believe it was obtained through cheating, multiple accounts or abuse.

7. Advertising and third parties

Sociaux shows ads and may link to services we don't control. We aren't responsible for third-party content or sites, and dealings with them are between you and them.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account whenever you like in Settings. We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms or if we have to by law. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the disclaimers and limits below) continue after your account ends.

9. No guarantees

Sociaux is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that content will never be lost.

10. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sociaux and the people who run it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or reputation arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Sociaux after a change means you accept the updated terms.
